1.Contracted Service

Software & Hardware Inspection, System Checking, Intranet/Company network & Internet security Inspection, Anti-virus Examination, on-site Services under clients' requirement and tele technical support .

Service Time:0900-1730 (Mon-Fri)

Response Time:Shanghai City(Within Ring Road)：Within 4 working hours; Shanghai Suburb：Next working day.

2.Once-off Service

once-off on-site Services under clients' requirement. Service will be provided on clients agreement with time, services based on situation. Or, clients can purchase 10 times of “once-off” service (or more) for a period of time agreed by both parties.

Note:

1. Usually, the Contracted Service will be provided to a minimum 5 sets of computers.

2. Intranet maintenance fee can be provided based on the negotiation.

3. If more than 20 sets, the service package can be provided based on the negotiation.
